pre-drafting The pinch method I was using with my hands is called
drafting and I am doing a

ReplyDeleteDiane, great tutorial. We have the same technique it seems. I was taught to pre-draft and it drove me completely mental. I almost gave up. The problem with it is that it's never even, so you actually never know what's coming, a thick bit or a drafted bit. Hated it. Now I sit back and work with my left hand, just like you. I acutally twist the fibers a bit before I let them go, just as a little "off you go guys, this is the way you're going to be spinning!"
